About the Role
The position is located on‑site and reports daily to the Site Manager or HSE Supervisor. It supports all health, safety, and environment initiatives, including training, report writing, quality control, plan development and implementation, and ensures compliance with regulatory health standards. • Develop HSE training modules and procedures using company, client and regulatory resources. • Present HSE training to small groups using hands‑on illustrations. • Plan and schedule HSE training and meetings. • Uphold B&R Business Ethics and Code of Conduct. • Hold team members accountable and foster teamwork to achieve goals. • Coach and engage subordinates professionally, earning their respect and trust. • Assist teammates whenever needed and build strong co‑worker/client relationships. • Collaborate closely with Site Manager/HSE Supervisor to reinforce core values. • Create HSE training modules referencing company, client, and regulatory procedures for all employee levels. • Deliver and present HSE training modules to employees. • Maintain and monitor the employee training matrix. • Coordinate and schedule training sessions to prevent expiration. • Manage site entries in the Incident Management System. • Perform Gate Greet duties. • Lead or participate in daily end‑of‑shift safety huddles. • Facilitate monthly Mass Safety Meetings with guidance. • Attend B&R monthly RSLT and Focus conference calls. • Conduct daily/weekly safety audits and maintain audit matrices. • Participate in DuPont Capital Project/Maintenance planning meetings. • Support quality service standards and customer satisfaction initiatives. • Analyze operations to develop relevant training content. • Create and sustain a personal safe work environment through supervision, coaching and process improvement. • Identify and recognize outstanding employee HSE performance.

What You Bring
Under general direction the HSE Sr. Inspector is accountable for HSE administration and the site HSE Training Program, drawing on business administration, record keeping, and teaching knowledge. Typically requires 5‑7 years of related experience. The role demands exposure to dusty, hot, cold or wet conditions and the physical ability to navigate stairs, ladders and confined spaces. A high school diploma/GED is required; computer proficiency and strong verbal communication are essential. • High School Diploma or GED. • Ability to work in dusty, hot, cold or wet conditions. • 5–7 years of HSE experience with relevant certifications (e.g., NCCER). • 3–5 years of classroom teaching/instruction experience in fast‑paced maintenance or construction settings. • Proficient with email, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and effective verbal communication in classroom, radio, phone and intercom environments. • Physically capable of climbing stairs, ladders, walkways and working in tight or awkward spaces for extended periods. • Demonstrate leadership, teamwork and lead by example.
