About the Role

• Serve as Talent Acquisition Relationship Manager for assigned business groups. • Develop and update staffing priorities and weekly staffing reports. • Conduct weekly relationship meetings with hiring managers. • Source, recruit, and staff open positions, emphasizing diverse candidate pipelines. • Directly recruit candidates and create recruitment/selection plans with hiring managers. • Negotiate and manage external recruiting resources such as agencies and internet services. • Collaborate with hiring managers to formulate employment offers. • Execute talent sourcing tactics including direct recruiting, open houses, job fairs, and online recruiting. • Refer team members to headquarters talent management services (benefits, issue resolution, drug‑free program). • Build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels. • Recommend hiring decisions to upper management.

Benefits

The base pay range for this role is $77,500 to $116,300, with higher ranges for certain locations (Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, Washington, D.C.). Pay is positioned based on knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity, and the position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan. • Benefits include medical, prescription drug, vision, dental, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, employer‑paid life/AD&D/disability insurance, mental‑health resources, tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance, and gym membership discounts.
