About the Role

The Community Manager oversees the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. This role manages all phases of operations—including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration, and risk management—and serves as the on‑site leader ensuring compliance with Asset policies, safety, fair‑housing guidelines, and liability concerns. • Oversee daily on‑site operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, and risk management. • Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff; create weekly schedules and address performance issues. • Develop and manage annual operating budgets; monitor rent collections, vendor invoices, and financial reporting. • Create yearly marketing plans, drive leasing activity, handle resident complaints, and implement retention programs. • Supervise emergency response, maintenance requests, property inspections, and oversee repairs and renovations. • Ensure compliance with Asset policies, fair‑housing laws, OSHA standards, and maintain accurate administrative reports.

What You Bring

• Hold a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred); 1‑4 years housing industry experience; CAM or ARM certification preferred. • Possess basic computer skills and ability to use on‑site software functions. • Meet physical requirements such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lb, and responding to emergencies on weekends and nights. • Reliable transportation required for on‑call emergency duties.

Compensation decisions consider skill set, background, training, and certifications.
