About the Role
• Collaborate with the HOTO Manager to execute the HOTO Plan and Checklist. • Coordinate subcontractors to meet HOTO schedule and deliverables. • Review HOTO documentation for quality and Defence compliance. • Assist in developing and updating Operation and Maintenance Manuals. • Act as Defence Estate Data SME and primary contact for GDLS data deliverables. • Provide data training (ERIM) and mentoring to RRJV staff and subcontractors. • Manage queries and data corrections with subcontractors. • Utilise the Employee Assistance Program for personal and family support.

What You Bring
The position requires NV1 Security Clearance and is based at RAAF Base Wagga, covering the Albury Wodonga Military Area, Blamey Barracks (Kapooka) and the base itself. Relocation packages are available for candidates. • Hold or obtain NV1 Government Security Clearance. • Demonstrate qualifications/experience in at least two areas such as Business Analytics, Technical Engineering, Maintenance/Financial Data, SAP Data Creation, Geospatial Information, Defence Estate Information, or Data Modelling. • Possess knowledge of engineering, asset management and maintenance requirements for Estate Data. • Exhibit strong attention to detail and advanced dataset manipulation using Asset Databases and Microsoft Excel (WebFM advantageous). • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills.
