About the Role

The Sales Consultant drives traffic conversion of buyers for new home communities and assists them throughout the construction and closing process, with total earnings potential exceeding six figures through base salary and a closing bonus program. This role involves generating leads, managing customer interactions, maintaining studio operations, coordinating with lenders and builders, achieving sales targets, and maintaining post‑sale relationships. • Generate new traffic to sales studios through networking, outreach to real estate agents, and public flyers • Manage, qualify, and actively pursue inbound customer traffic, referrals, and other lead sources • Maintain and update all flyers, marketing information, and signage • Complete sales studio opening and closing checklists • Organize and maintain all necessary company files for the sales studio • Communicate with mortgage lenders to confirm documentation receipt and loan processing status • Facilitate a coordinated sales process among builder, buyer, real estate agent, and lender through closing • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and closing goals • Attend regular studio and company meetings • Maintain strong relationships with buyers after closing

What You Bring

Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, goal‑oriented, and possess strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills, a proven ability to build relationships with realtors and homebuyers, a history of meeting sales goals, and excellent organizational attention to detail. Required experience includes at least one year of inside and outside sales, a valid Georgia real estate license, and a high school diploma or GED, while knowledge of residential homebuilding is a plus. • Entrepreneurial and goal‑oriented mindset with strong business sense • Strong customer service background • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to build relationships with realtors, influencers, and potential homebuyers • History of meeting or exceeding sales goals • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Minimum of 1 year experience in both inside and outside sales • Knowledge of residential homebuilding is a plus • Valid real estate license in the state of Georgia • High school diploma or GED
