What You Bring
The Counter Sales Associate demonstrates exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and will‑call clients, processes orders, quotes prices, enters orders into the system, and provides order information. The role also involves pulling orders, communicating product features, benefits, and warranty policies, offering technical advice, troubleshooting, and upselling related products and promotions. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Spanish and English, a proven track record of excellent customer service, experience with sales order software—preferably Oracle—and knowledge of construction and industrial products. • Demonstrate a history of outstanding customer‑service performance and construction‑product knowledge.
