About the Role
Common Area Attendants play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public spaces across Hilton Grand Vacations Club properties. Their responsibilities include ensuring that lobbies, stairwells, walkways and other shared areas meet high standards, while also managing pool towel inventory and representing the brand positively. The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. • Clean public areas (stairwells, railings, walkways, trash rooms) per efficiency and quality standards • Maintain outstanding lobby cleanliness, including glass doors • Collect, replenish, and inventory pool towels, ensuring stocked and removal of dirty towels • Display a positive image through appearance and conduct at all times • Work in limited spaces and coordinate with other departments promptly

What You Bring
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills, the physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods, and the ability to navigate confined spaces while collaborating with other departments.
