About the Role

• Read and interpret blueprints and routings to produce parts to specification. • Perform first‑piece and subsequent inspections to ensure assembly quality. • Maintain routine equipment maintenance and keep the work area clean. • Follow all machine operation and guarding safety rules. • Record simple productivity, quality, and safety reports. • Assemble manufactured and purchased parts into sub‑assemblies or complete products using required tools. • Operate assembly equipment such as rivet machines, assembly presses, and power tools. • Stand, sit, bend, and lift up to 30 lb repeatedly while performing tasks. • Read and write work order instructions and prepare basic production reports. • Use corrected visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts. • Apply manual dexterity to operate equipment properly.
