About the Role
The role involves generating and qualifying maintenance, service, and retrofit prospects, maintaining existing accounts, and managing client interactions. Responsibilities include preparing itineraries, following up on sales leads, gathering technical and budget information from building owners and maintenance staff, and developing bid proposals and presentations. The Account Manager also assists with delinquent account collection and resolves customer complaints within authority. • Develop and qualify maintenance, service, and retrofit prospects. • Maintain goodwill with existing accounts through regular follow‑ups. • Prepare itineraries and execute sales calls within assigned territory. • Collect technical data, budgets, and competition information from owners and managers. • Organize brochures and service manuals to support bid preparation. • Create and assist in drafting bid proposals and deliver sales presentations. • Pursue delinquent account recovery and address customer complaints promptly. • Drive safely, climb ladders, and navigate facility steps as required. • Participate in 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and vehicle allowance with gas card.
