About the Role
As a Senior Business Support Specialist for Parsons, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our prestigious project in Tabuk. This high‑level strategist and operator position bridges complex project management and advanced digital infrastructure, streamlining operational workflows and ensuring resilient, scalable, data‑driven business systems for this giga‑project. You will oversee and optimize business support functions to align with Parsons’ delivery standards and NEOM’s compliance requirements, integrate enterprise systems such as ERP and Project Management Information Systems, and synthesize complex data into executive summaries that highlight milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Acting as the primary liaison, you will coordinate technical departments, onsite construction teams, and NEOM corporate entities, while identifying opportunities to automate manual processes for greater efficiency in a fast‑paced environment. • Optimize business support functions to meet Parsons and NEOM standards. • Lead integration of ERP and Project Management Information Systems for The Line. • Convert complex project data into concise executive summaries for senior leadership. • Serve as primary liaison among technical teams, construction crews, and NEOM corporate units. • Identify and implement automation of manual business processes. • Ensure business systems are resilient, scalable, and data‑driven.

What You Bring
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Management, Information Systems, or a related technical field, and at least 15 years of progressive experience in business support, project coordination, or operations management, preferably within construction, engineering, or technology sectors. We seek a candidate with advanced knowledge of business software ecosystems, proven leadership of large‑scale multidisciplinary teams, and the adaptability to thrive in a remote, high‑intensity project environment.
