About the Role

The Vice President, Group Financial and Regulatory Reporting will be responsible for all aspects of group and regulatory reporting in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. The role leads a small finance team across London and Mumbai, delivering quarterly consolidated results for Brookfield’s listed vehicles in North America and for the FCA, while providing timely, accurate financial information to internal stakeholders. Key duties include full ownership of the quarterly European group reporting, consolidation of multi‑entity, multi‑currency results, and preparation of journal entries and analysis for senior finance members. The incumbent will coordinate quarterly forecasts, annual budgeting, month‑end close, and ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality reporting within tight deadlines. Responsibilities also cover FCA regulatory returns, VAT filings, and aiding the accounting for restructures, acquisitions and other major transactions, as well as preparing semi‑annual regional presentations for global executives. • Lead and develop a small finance team across London and Mumbai, providing coaching and performance management. • Own quarterly European group reporting, consolidating multi‑entity, multi‑currency results and preparing journal entries. • Coordinate quarterly forecast, annual budgeting, and month‑end close processes for European corporate groups. • Ensure timely and accurate FCA regulatory reporting, capital/liquidity disclosures, and VAT filings for a UK‑regulated entity. • Support accounting for restructures, acquisitions, and significant transactions, including modeling and technical documentation. • Prepare semi‑annual European regional presentations for global executives and produce consolidated results for a separate UK‑regulated group. • Build and maintain strong relationships with European and North American finance teams, acting as primary point of contact for group reporting queries.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold ACA or ACCA qualification with more than ten years of post‑qualification experience, and have a proven background in group reporting outside financial services, including multi‑currency consolidations. Strong IFRS technical accounting knowledge, hands‑on approach, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent time‑management skills are essential. Experience with FCA reporting, capital and liquidity management is desirable, and successful team leadership and stakeholder communication are required. • Hold ACA/ACCA qualification with 10+ years post‑qualification experience in multi‑currency group reporting outside financial services. • Demonstrate strong IFRS technical accounting expertise and the ability to make determinations on complex accounting matters. • Exhibit a hands‑on, self‑starter attitude, keen eye for detail, and excellent time‑management and organisational skills. • Proven track record of successful team management and effective communication with senior internal and external stakeholders. • FCA regulatory reporting knowledge is desirable but not required.
