About the Role
An Assembly Operator works as part of a team to fit and assemble components according to internal specifications, meeting production targets while adhering to safe work systems and quality standards. The main duties include fitting pipework, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components, installing correct grades of bolts, nuts and washers, testing and fault‑finding of machines, reading engineering drawings, and ensuring compliance with health, safety and quality regulations. • Fit pipework, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components. • Install correct grades of bolts, nuts and washers. • Test machines and perform fault finding. • Read and follow engineering drawings. • Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
