Job Highlights
About the Role
The Photography Manager will combine leadership, technical photography expertise, and a customer‑service focus to ensure clients receive high‑quality media. You will oversee a dynamic team, maintain rigorous quality standards, and act as the primary liaison between clients, sales, logistics, and creative departments. The role is based in‑office, Monday through Friday, with occasional fieldwork and interstate travel. Managing a team of eight to ten photographers, you will drive performance through coaching, workflow optimisation, and regular quality audits. You will also serve as the go‑to technical contact, troubleshooting equipment and software issues while coordinating with IT support. Flexibility is required for evening or weekend work to meet client needs and for occasional travel to appointments. • Lead and coach a team of 8‑10 photographers to meet brand standards. • Optimize workflows and conduct quality audits for media output. • Serve as primary technical contact, troubleshooting equipment and software. • Drive customer satisfaction by handling client inquiries and coordinating with logistics, sales and support. • Monitor KPIs and scorecards, implementing performance improvements. • Attend photo appointments to coach photographers and share best practices. • Work with cutting‑edge tools in a global property‑tech leader.

What You Bring
• Travel interstate occasionally and be available for evening/weekend work as needed. • Hold a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of operations management experience overseeing 6+ remote staff. • Demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and KPI analysis skills. • Possess a valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
