About the Role

The coordinator will manage assigned tasks, track action items and deadlines, develop and maintain slide decks, read‑aheads, decision briefs, and information papers, and draft talking points and background materials for general officers and senior staff. They will serve as the primary point of contact for task coordination across internal and external organizations, synthesize complex information into clear products, and respond to ad‑hoc requests from leadership while ensuring all deliverables meet standards for accuracy and professionalism. • Manage tasks, action items, and suspense tracking to ensure timely completion and leadership visibility. • Develop, maintain, and update briefing materials, slide decks, read‑aheads, decision briefs, and information papers. • Draft and coordinate talking points, background materials, and responses for senior officers and staff. • Serve as primary liaison for task coordination across internal and external organizations. • Analyze complex issues and synthesize information into concise products for senior decision‑making. • Respond to ad‑hoc requests and emerging requirements from leadership. • Ensure all deliverables meet organizational standards for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism. • Conduct process analysis, identify “as‑is” and “to‑be” states, and recommend solutions. • Develop standardized AI/ML tradecraft approaches for USCC mission needs. • Collaborate with business and operational stakeholders to understand mission requirements. • Provide priority task scheduling to ensure executive meeting attendance and objective achievement.

Parsons is seeking a talented Project Coordinator to manage tasks and suspense items, develop high‑quality briefing materials, and prepare talking points and responses to senior leader inquiries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, senior‑level environment. Required qualifications include a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with 12 years, or Associate’s with 7 years) in a related discipline, an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and experience in dynamic operations, staff support, and executive‑level task management. Candidates must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, the ability to manage multiple priorities under short‑fuse deadlines, high attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Confluence, and experience supporting senior government officials. Desired experience includes US CYBERCOM, military or government service, and the ability to conduct process analysis, develop AI/ML tradecraft approaches, and collaborate closely with business and operational stakeholders. The role is part of Parsons’ Federal Solutions team, which delivers critical services to U.S. government customers worldwide. • Hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and a relevant degree with required experience. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, multitasking, and attention to detail. • Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, JIRA, and Confluence.
