About the Role

Responsible for performing tasks involving physical labor on jobsites while maintaining a clean, safe and efficient construction site and supporting the overall project. The role involves various physical labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, moving materials, mixing and placing concrete, and maintaining tools and work areas. The employee must follow safety policies, complete required documentation, and may be assigned different tasks or travel to other sites as needed. • Promote and comply with company safety policies and procedures. • Complete required safety documentation. • Dig, spread, and level dirt and gravel using hand tools. • Lift, carry, and handle building materials, tools, and supplies. • Clean tools, equipment, materials, and work areas. • Mix, pour, and place concrete, gravel, and other materials. • Join, wrap, and seal pipe sections. • Perform routine non‑machine tasks such as removing forms, filling expansion joints, and placing rebar. • Conduct general cleanup, demolition, and use cutting torches and jackhammers; install culverts or pipe in trenches. • Provide site assistance as needed. • Maintain and care for assigned tools. • Perform physical labor on construction sites.

What You Bring

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and up to three months of construction experience or equivalent training.
