About the Role
The Presence Experience Manager will curate, plan, and execute programming for this portfolio, partnering with the Presence Platform and reporting through the Property Management team. The role aims to engage tenants with the assets and each other through well-designed events and activations. Core responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and delivering onsite programs while adhering to service-level standards, managing budgets, sourcing vendors, and maintaining regular reporting. The manager also handles communications such as social media, tenant newsletters, marketing, and the tenant onboarding experience, including welcome guides and anniversary celebrations. Event tracking and KPI management are essential to measure success. • Partner with Presence Platform to design and execute tenant experience programs across multiple Class A assets. • Plan, coordinate, and execute onsite programming while adhering to service level standards. • Manage programming budget, source vendors, and track event KPIs. • Oversee communications including social media, tenant newsletter, and event marketing. • Curate tenant onboarding experiences such as welcome guides and anniversary celebrations. • Maintain relationships with Property Management, Security, and assigned Program Manager. • Provide full-time onsite presence with minimal travel; report to Property Manager and Program Manager.

What You Bring
Presence by Cushman & Wakefield provides an elevated tenant experience in multi-tenant office buildings, rooted in hospitality and human-centered programming. The team leverages building technology and works with property teams through a central Presence Platform. The service is being expanded across a portfolio of Class A assets in Salt Lake City. Candidates should have at least two years of managerial experience and five years in a service-industry environment, with a preference for commercial real-estate or hospitality backgrounds and a bachelor’s degree. The position requires 100% onsite work with minimal travel and the ability to lift or move up to 20 lb occasionally. Desired skills include conflict resolution, strong communication, operational sense of urgency, time management, marketing and content creation, relationship management, organizational ability, and comfort leading training or client-facing presentations. • Required: 2+ years managerial experience and 5+ years in service industry; preferred commercial real estate or hospitality background. • Desired skills: conflict resolution, communication, operations, urgency, time management, marketing/content creation, relationship management, organizational, training facilitation. • Physical ability to lift/move up to 20 lb occasionally; full-time onsite role.
