About the Role
• Provide day‑to‑day support for SAP SD processes (order management, pricing, billing, shipping, credit management). • Support active projects and hypercare phases. • Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests within SLA limits. • Collaborate with business users to gather issues and deliver functional solutions. • Perform root‑cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring problems. • Coordinate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements and debugging. • Assist month‑end and year‑end closing activities. • Document functional specifications, test cases, and user manuals. • Participate in system upgrades, patching, and regression testing. • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

What You Bring
Job Title: SAP OTC Solution Architect. We are seeking a seasoned SAP SD Support Consultant with over 8 years of hands‑on experience in the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module. The role involves providing L2/L3 support, resolving incidents, managing service requests, and ensuring smooth business operations within the SAP SD landscape, with required integration knowledge of MM, FI, and logistics modules. • Minimum 8 years of SAP SD support experience, including order‑to‑cash, pricing, billing, shipping, and returns. • Strong knowledge of IDocs, EDI, and third‑party integrations. • Understanding of cross‑module integration with MM, FI, and WM. • Experience with SAP Fiori apps for SD and S/4HANA (mandatory). • SAP SD certification is a plus. • Familiarity with SD account assignment and revenue recognition. • Hands‑on expertise in pricing, SD configuration, delivery, and billing. • Ability to handle multiple change requests and enhancements. • Effective communication skills for global stakeholder collaboration. • Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, Agile methodologies, and DevOps tools. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
