What You Bring

Candidates must have at least ten years of civil engineering experience in utility water projects, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and a Professional Engineer license in Oklahoma. Proven business‑development skills, established relationships with municipal and regional water agencies, and strong communication, leadership, and technical abilities are essential. The role requires the capacity to manage projects profitably, mentor staff, and allocate resources positively. • Communicate openly with partners and team members. • Minimum 10 years civil engineering experience in utility water projects. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Oklahoma PE license. • Proven business development and project acquisition track record. • Strong communication, leadership, and technical problem‑solving abilities. • Ability to manage, mentor, and allocate resources effectively.
