What You Bring
Candidates must have at least 10 years of civil engineering experience in land development, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, and a professional engineer (P.E.) license. Strong client networks, proven business‑development skills, and the ability to manage projects profitably are essential. Excellent communication, leadership, technical abilities, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D are also required. • 10+ years civil engineering, design, and management of Land Development projects • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) • Extensive client contacts and relationships • Proven business development, proposal writing, scope, and budgeting skills • Demonstrated ability to manage projects profitably • Strong client engagement and problem‑solving skills • Ability to manage and mentor staff and direct resources positively • Excellent communication, leadership, and technical abilities • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D
