About the Role
• Oversee on‑site construction activities, supervising subcontractors and trade crews to keep work on schedule. • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and authorities; review drawings and attend coordination meetings. • Enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols, conduct toolbox talks and safety inspections, and manage incident reporting. • Perform quality assurance inspections, coordinate testing, and manage punch lists and corrective actions. • Monitor daily construction schedule, identify delays, and develop recovery plans with the scheduler. • Manage delivery and usage of equipment and materials, ensuring resources are available as needed. • Maintain daily logs, progress reports, photos, and track labor hours and equipment usage for the Project Manager. • Communicate with local agencies, transit authorities, inspectors, and address stakeholder concerns including community outreach. • Coordinate utility relocations and underground infrastructure. • Integrate specialized transit systems such as bus bays, canopies, and fare systems. • Ensure traffic and pedestrian safety during construction. • Plan staging and sequencing in an operational transit environment. • Manage environmental compliance, including stormwater management and noise control.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field (preferred); high school diploma required. • Minimum 15 + years of construction supervision experience, preferably in transit or infrastructure projects. • Strong knowledge of civil, structural, MEP, and architectural systems. • Proven leadership on large‑scale public or transportation projects. • OSHA 30 certification; PMP or CM‑Lean certification a plus. • Proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and Primavera. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $300,000 • $350,000 depending on experience. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
