About the Role

The role focuses on monitoring current and projected inventory levels across the network, aligning them with financial targets and inventory entitlements, and driving corrective actions when deviations arise. It involves participating in S&OE meetings and reporting inventory progression to provide visibility for manufacturing execution and master production scheduling. The incumbent will run inventory scenarios in Kinaxis, set inventory parameters for finished goods and raw materials, and collaborate with network planners and SIOP teams. They will lead cross‑functional inventory reduction projects, monitor service levels, coordinate policy approvals, and support planning decisions for network planners and schedulers. • Calculate, analyze, and recommend inventory segmentation and assortment updates in consultation with network planners and SIOP. • Configure inventory parameters (ROP, safety stock, MOQ, min/max, replenishment policies) for distribution centers and plants. • Simulate inventory policy impacts using Kinaxis and evaluate scenarios for total network inventory. • Conduct root‑cause analysis on pain points, develop corrective action plans, and drive continuous improvement of inventory performance metrics. • Maintain master data parameters, track excess and slow‑moving inventory, and generate MIS reports (daily receipts, tier‑4 metrics, >8‑week analysis, aging, DOH, water‑tank execution). • Support material management processes and lead improvement projects with a consultative approach. • Train and support users on Kinaxis as a super‑user champion.
