About the Role
The role oversees the entire month‑end close process, ensuring checklists, service level agreements, and transaction recordings are completed on schedule, and dashboards and key data are circulated promptly. It also manages transaction accounting, schedule preparation, audit coordination, project execution, and customer satisfaction initiatives, all while adhering to defined calendars and escalation procedures. • Ensure month‑close follows the checklist and improve it continuously. • Meet all SLAs and record month‑close transactions within agreed timelines. • Circulate dashboards by the 5th working day and provide management data by the 4th. • Drive month‑close calendars without escalation and hold review meetings with supervisors by D+2. • Conduct operations review meetings by the 15th and adhere to monthly review calendars. • Highlight issues during pre‑close and post‑close calls. • Complete accounting tasks on time, including JV postings, accruals, fixed assets, and inter‑group transactions. • Resolve all accounting issues within the month and prepare process documentation. • Execute action plans from monthly meetings within set timelines. • Prepare schedules per HFM and statutory audit requirements and keep balance‑sheet items current. • Clear aged open items, escalate non‑closures, and identify process gaps for improvement. • Approve balance‑sheet schedules in Blackline by the 15th and standardize analysis formats. • Finish audits with no major remarks related to FISS areas and manage group and interim audits. • Identify and execute projects that deliver monetary benefits, setting clear timelines and monitoring progress. • Submit process‑improvement ideas regularly. • Achieve customer satisfaction above 85% through frequent stakeholder meetings and feedback. • Partner with business units on projects and address customer pain points to drive productivity and cost efficiency. • Maintain good communication skills. • Work flexibly in night shifts as required.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, JD Edwards, or Oracle. • Proficiently use advanced Excel, macros, HFM reporting, Power BI, and MS Access. • Hold a degree, master’s, CA, CMA (intermediate or qualified) and be fluent in Spanish and English.
