About the Role

The role involves welding mild steel, stainless steel, and occasional aluminum according to blueprints, inspecting welds for accuracy, and following OSHA and WISHA safety standards. You will operate a forklift as needed, maintain a clean and orderly work environment, and communicate any machinery or quality issues to management while following written and verbal instructions and performing other assigned duties. • Inspect welds for accuracy and quality • Adhere to OSHA and WISHA safety regulations • Operate forklift as required • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace • Report machinery or quality issues to management • Follow written and verbal instructions; perform additional duties as assigned • Read and interpret blueprints • Participate in 401(k) profit‑sharing plan

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least five years of MIG welding experience, be able to read and interpret blueprints, and possess strong shop‑math and problem‑solving skills.
