About the Role

The Production Supervisor oversees all second‑shift production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing production processes, maintaining accurate records, coordinating equipment maintenance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Supervise and coordinate second‑shift production to meet targets and deadlines. • Lead, train, and motivate production team members. • Monitor processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement efficiency solutions. • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and maintain a safe work environment. • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for employee development. • Maintain accurate production records, including inventory, output, and quality metrics. • Identify equipment maintenance needs and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime. • Communicate effectively with management, peers, and subordinates to resolve issues. • Foster teamwork, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Knowledge of Lean principles is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, industrial engineering, business, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. • Solid understanding of production processes, equipment, quality control, and safety regulations. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications. • Ability to work second‑shift hours as needed. • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand for prolonged periods, and use hand tools with manual dexterity.

Benefits

For this U.S.-based full‑time position, the compensation range is $96,000 – $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and a short‑term incentive. Salary within the range is set based on performance, knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
