What You Bring
On a day‑to‑day basis, you will qualify and route inbound leads through self‑service and inside‑sales channels, spending most of your time communicating with prospects via phone, email, live chat, Slack, and Salesforce. Your quota is tied to the number of demos booked and completed, and the current team consistently achieves at least 95% of its targets each month. New hires may face challenges such as learning the terminology of the built world, sharpening call and email skills, and mastering SaaS financial acronyms; resources like an ultimate SaaS acronyms cheat sheet are provided. The fast‑paced environment requires rapid learning and adaptability. The role suits ambitious individuals seeking a SaaS career, who thrive in a structured, high‑agency, KPI‑driven setting, enjoy building relationships, and can persevere through high‑volume tasks. It is less suitable for those who dislike frequent rejection or are uncomfortable with regular conversations. • Confident written and verbal communication across email, phone, video, and in‑person settings. • Strong task organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities. • Experience with modern sales tools (CRMs, health‑scoring platforms, live‑chat, knowledge bases) – nice to have. • Ability to conduct customer meetings digitally (Zoom/Teams) and face‑to‑face – nice to have. • Patience when assisting users who are not tech‑savvy – nice to have.
