About the Role
This role blends event coordination, guest services, and operational excellence to foster an inclusive, vibrant workplace culture that reflects Netflix’s values and exceeds employee expectations. Responsibilities span event support and cultural programming, guest experience and cultural ambassador duties, daily site management, vendor relationship support, and helpdesk and administrative assistance. • Plan and execute employee engagement events and cultural activities, handling logistics, vendors, and budgets. • Deliver top‑tier hospitality experiences for employees, VVIPs, and visitors while managing security and reception duties. • Perform daily checks of front‑of‑house spaces, manage desk and meeting room reservations, and maintain office supplies and mail services. • Liaise with hospitality vendors, conduct quality control inspections, and address service issues promptly. • Manage workplace amenity and equipment requests via ticket systems, escalations, and provide administrative support to the Hospitality Lead.
