About the Role

In this role you will perform comprehensive product inspections using work instructions, checklists, and drawings, prioritize tasks set by Operations Supervisors, identify non‑conforming products, and initiate Non‑Conformance Reports. You will also verify that no active NCRs exist before completing inspections and apply precision gauges and measurement devices to confirm conformance to acceptance criteria. • Perform comprehensive product inspections according to work instructions, checklists, and drawings. • Prioritize tasks as directed by Operations Supervisors to meet departmental goals. • Identify non‑conforming products and initiate Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs). • Confirm no active NCRs exist before finalizing inspections. • Use precision gauges, meters, and measurement tools to verify product conformance. • Apply quality system and ISO procedures in daily activities. • Operate a variety of precision measurement equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM, optical comparators). • Utilize Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting.

What You Bring

The position requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least one year of experience in quality processes, preferably with a Quality Management System, as well as experience using precision metal‑fabrication measurement tools. Candidates must be able to operate a variety of measuring equipment, organize workload independently, communicate effectively across functions, interpret ISO procedures, lift up to 50 lb, and use Microsoft Office applications. • Communicate effectively across multiple functional areas. • Lift up to 50 lb while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
