About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all maintenance operations within a community, working closely with the Community Manager to handle service requests, preventative maintenance, staff and vendor oversight, safety compliance, and resident relations. This role requires daily onsite attendance, coordination of work orders, inspection of property conditions, inventory management, and participation in on‑call emergency response. • Coordinate and respond to resident and management work orders, ensuring timely repairs in common areas and units. • Conduct daily inspections of grounds and buildings to identify and correct hazardous conditions. • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and adhere to budget guidelines. • Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend property life. • Keep the maintenance shop organized, stocked, and compliant with OSHA safety standards. • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff, providing coaching and performance feedback. • Lead on‑call emergency response and oversee quality of construction, rehabilitation, and make‑ready activities. • Deliver excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and enforce community policies. • Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and Fair Housing regulations.

What You Bring
