About the Role

The Sr. Leasing Consultant drives the daily operations of the leasing team at an Allen, Texas community, delivering luxury‑level experiences to residents. Responsibilities include conducting creative, customized tours, recommending floor plans, and following up on every lead to ensure prospects feel valued. Saturday availability is required as weekends generate the highest traffic from prospective renters. • Deliver exceptional customer service and build community relationships with prospective residents. • Utilize sales and marketing techniques, including creative campaigns and social media, to drive leasing performance. • Conduct personalized follow‑up with leads, providing tailored updates on floorplans, local amenities, and community events. • Provide leadership, on‑the‑job training, and support to leasing team members and new hires.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of leasing or customer‑service experience in real‑estate or property‑management. Required skills include strong interpersonal and communication abilities, proficiency with property‑management software and Microsoft Office, knowledge of fair‑housing laws, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks. • Hold a high school diploma or GED (required). • Possess at least 1 year of leasing or customer service experience in real estate/property management. • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
