About the Role
In this position, the manager will act as the primary marketing liaison for channel partners, ensuring brand consistency, product visibility, and pricing alignment. Responsibilities include leading product commercialization, managing major customer line reviews, and executing initiatives that boost customer engagement and deliver measurable business results. • Develop and execute channel‑specific marketing programs, promotions, and campaigns for retail, e‑commerce, and electrical distribution. • Serve as the central conduit between internal teams and external partners to align product launches, promotions, and inventory planning. • Lead retail and distribution line reviews, creating sales tools and presentations to secure placement and growth. • Manage the online shopping experience and digital merchandising strategy for e‑commerce partners. • Establish and enforce Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies, monitor compliance, and conduct competitive pricing analyses. • Plan, negotiate, and implement promotional calendars and funding agreements with channel partners, reporting results to improve future campaigns. • Partner with Product Development and Sales to launch new products, curate assortments, and ensure timely delivery of brand‑compliant marketing materials. • Coordinate participation in industry events and trade shows, handling logistics, budgets, booth design, and ROI measurement. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to generate actionable insights and regular channel performance reports. • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance on demand forecasting, highlighting supply‑chain risks or opportunities linked to marketing initiatives.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. • 7+ years of progressive channel, trade, or retail marketing experience. • Proven track record managing MAP pricing and promotional programs. • Experience leading line reviews and engaging retail buyers. • Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and supply‑chain dynamics. • Demonstrated ability to contribute to S&OP or demand‑planning processes. • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Highly analytical with expertise in interpreting data to drive decisions. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools. • Willingness to travel 15‑20% for trade shows and retailer meetings.
