About the Role
• Perform basic preventative maintenance checks on non‑critical facility components. • Perform basic repairs and maintenance on non‑critical facility components. • Monitor the Building Monitoring System (BMS) and respond to basic alarms under supervision. • Follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision. • Coordinate with vendors on standard operating procedures. • Support basic site logs for permits, such as Maintenance Operation Protocols (MOPs) and scripts. • Complete routine work order facility requests under supervision. • Assist with routine incident management requests. • Provide assistance to departments during routine maintenance activities. • Assist senior staff on infrastructure projects and shadow projects for learning.
