About the Role
As the senior mechanical engineer, you will represent the firm in client, contractor, and architect interactions, develop basic designs, specifications, system narratives, and layouts under senior leadership, and ensure interdisciplinary coordination across project teams. • Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects • Supervise preparation of reports and analysis of system options and building conditions • Maintain interdisciplinary coordination with other trades and project consultants • Monitor all correspondence between staff, clients, contractors, and owners • Supervise construction administrative duties such as field reports, RFI responses, and processing bulletins and addenda • Conduct periodic objective and comprehensive employee evaluations • Participate in and contribute to the business unit Technical Leadership Committee • Assist Technical Manager and Chief Engineer with technical training and staff mentoring

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, possesses a PE license, and brings 7–14+ years of consulting experience in MEP engineering, including at least three years of supervisory responsibilities. Proficiency with hands‑on design tools such as CAD and Revit is essential. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution • 7–14+ years of consulting experience in MEP engineering (senior level) • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience • Hands‑on design and CAD/REVIT experience • Professional Engineer (PE) license
