About the Role
The Bell and Valet Manager is responsible for delivering efficient valet and bell check‑in/check‑out services, coordinating activities with other departments, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role audits parking fee collections, oversees special services for owners and guests, and resolves owner or guest concerns promptly. It also manages personnel functions such as hiring, orientation, training, performance reviews, scheduling, payroll, and recognition while fostering a positive work environment and mentoring direct reports. • Deliver efficient valet and bell check‑in/check‑out services and coordinate with other departments. • Resolve owner and guest concerns to ensure satisfaction. • Audit and manage collection of parking fees and provision of special services. • Oversee personnel functions: hiring, training, performance reviews, scheduling, payroll, and recognition. • Foster a positive work environment and mentor staff to develop management talent. • Promote team member empowerment and enforce performance, uniform, and appearance standards. • Monitor payroll hours and generate reports.

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related experience, and one year of supervisory or managerial experience. Candidates with three to five years of related experience are preferred.
