Filter Technician

About the Role

As a BFC Solutions Filter Technician, you will replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance primarily in rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers.

What You Bring

• Minimum age of 21 to operate the company vehicle. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Residence within 40 miles of the assigned region. • Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet using extension ladders. • Weight under 275 pounds to meet ladder safety limits. • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. • Proven ability to work independently under remote supervision. • Willingness to work overtime as required. • Capacity to lift and carry up to 75 pounds. • Required overnight travel during peak times; meals and accommodation provided. • Facility and/or grounds maintenance experience. • Construction experience. • HVAC experience. • Cable installation experience. • Route driving experience. • Roofing experience.
