About the Role
This 36‑month program immerses participants in helping clients locate and produce energy more efficiently, building a solid foundation for innovative contributions to the company's future. As a Field Engineer, you act as the primary link between on‑site teams and clients, may lead crews to ensure equipment is properly installed, maintained, and started, and strive to exceed customer expectations while delivering reliable, high‑quality support. • Coordinate with crew members to deploy tools and services, liaising with customers and shore‑based Operations Managers. • Participate in solving complex technical problems through hands‑on work at the work site. • Prepare, document, and receive outbound and inbound equipment and products for the site. • Support tenders by performing data analysis, cost estimates, and invoicing activities. • Engage in job‑shadowing opportunities to develop a holistic understanding of the business.

What You Bring
Successful candidates have earned a bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, mathematics, chemistry, geosciences, or a related field within the last three years, maintain a minimum 2.75 GPA, are fluent in English, and are legally authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship. They also demonstrate strong interpersonal, leadership, critical‑thinking, data‑analysis, and project‑management skills. • Visibility to senior leaders and opportunities within highly diverse teams.
