About the Role

The Warehouse Associate I is charged with delivering the highest level of quality and service to customers. Core duties include accurate and timely receiving of inventory, product movement, cycle counting, and shipping orders in salable condition. The associate also operates lift trucks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Daily responsibilities require adherence to safety, company, and 6S standards to maintain a clean and secure distribution center. Employees must operate equipment with minimal incidents, report any damage to infrastructure promptly, and follow standard work procedures to ensure safety and quality. Visual aids are used to boost productivity, and deviations are reported immediately to supervisors. • Receive, move, cycle count, and ship inventory accurately and promptly. • Operate lift trucks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. • Follow safety, company, and 6S standards to maintain a clean, secure work environment. • Report equipment or infrastructure damage for timely repairs. • Perform tasks according to standard work procedures to ensure safety and quality. • Use visual aids to maximize safety, quality, and productivity. • Suggest process improvements and participate in continuous improvement events. • Notify supervisors of process deviations immediately. • Assist with miscellaneous activities as directed by the manager.
