About the Role

Operators work at recycling facilities serving over 20 million customers, handling bulldozers, scrapers and front‑end loaders, while adhering to strict safety procedures that protect the workforce and the operation. By operating high‑skill equipment, operators contribute directly to WM’s mission of sustainable waste management. • Operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders in compliance with safety policies • Perform routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance with accurate records • Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment • Follow standard operating procedures for equipment operation and maintenance

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least three years of heavy‑equipment experience, be 18 or older, legally authorized to work in the United States, able to meet the physical demands of the role, and pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical.
