About the Role
In this role you will layout road and highway construction drawings, ensure drafts meet client and standards requirements, apply the company’s design methods, and work closely with engineers and designers to guarantee high‑quality deliverables. • Layout road and highway concept and construction drawings. • Ensure drafting complies with client specifications and industry standards. • Apply company and client design standards and methodologies. • Collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver high‑quality documents. • Participate in major traditional and alternative infrastructure projects worldwide in a hybrid work model.

What You Bring
The road‑design team is seeking a drafter (dessinateur / dessinatrice) for the Montréal or Québec office. Candidates should hold a DEC/DCS in civil engineering or architectural technology, have 5–8 years of road/highway experience, and be proficient in AutoCAD or MicroStation; knowledge of OpenRoads, Civil 3D or ProjectWise is an asset. Bilingual fluency in French and English is required.
