About the Role
The role involves managing projects to achieve agreed outcomes on time, within budget and to required quality, providing day‑to‑day leadership, coordinating stakeholders to meet objectives and KPIs, and managing fees, risks and change control to maximise client value. • Drive high‑quality project delivery across all stages, aligning with programme milestones and client expectations. • Manage budgets, risks and governance to support sustainable business growth and uphold Mace values. • Lead multidisciplinary teams collaboratively, delivering KPIs and promoting innovation and best practice. • Define project resource needs and coordinate delivery across client, design and consultant teams. • Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, including programmes, budgets, risks, quality and change control. • Ensure robust governance, documentation and stakeholder communication to meet project KPIs. • Maintain client focus by owning quality of deliverables and building long‑term relationships. • Create opportunity by fostering continuous improvement and inspiring people to develop.
