About the Role
Key responsibilities include aggressively generating new sales opportunities for channel partners, developing specialized sales strategies for target customers, and supporting accounts with marketing, training, and technical assistance. The incumbent will also create and manage business plans, forecast order bookings, and contribute feedback for new product development. Administrative duties involve accurate expense reporting, maintaining up‑to‑date account information in corporate databases, ensuring compliance with ALC policies, and coordinating with the accounting department to manage credit balances and invoice aging. Conflict resolution between accounts, end‑users, and the company is also essential. • Achieve product orders and sales targets in the assigned region. • Drive sales through channel partners and implement specialized sales strategies. • Provide sales and marketing support, training, and technical assistance to accounts. • Develop business plans, forecast bookings, and contribute to new product development. • Maintain accurate account data, manage credit balances, and resolve conflicts.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in the building automation and controls industry, including 5 years in sales and 5 years managing distributor accounts. Required skills include fluency in English, strong knowledge of HVAC, lighting, automation systems, and engineering documentation, as well as the ability to travel extensively without restrictions. A bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences, or Business Administration is required. • Minimum 8 years experience in building automation; 5 years in sales and distributor management. • Fluent English with strong knowledge of HVAC, lighting, automation systems, and engineering documentation. • Willingness to travel extensively domestically and internationally without restrictions. • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
