About the Role

The role focuses on managing pan‑India projects on the internal Wrench platform, reviewing newly added project information such as scope, timeline, and resources, and creating work‑breakdown structures using the MSP tool. The incumbent acts as the key representative to ensure timely and accurate WBS creation, while maintaining quality standards and effective communication of key data. Key responsibilities include supporting the Process Coordinator role, reviewing project scope for operational risks, configuring project initiation on the internal platform, developing and maintaining detailed schedules, reviewing and updating audit plans, performing periodic reviews, maintaining comprehensive documentation, owning the internal platform, and troubleshooting end‑user issues. • Manage pan‑India projects using the internal Wrench platform, reviewing scope, timeline, and resources. • Create and maintain project work‑breakdown structures (WBS) with the MSP tool. • Configure project initiation, governance structures, and approvals on the internal platform. • Develop and update detailed project schedules aligned with contractual milestones. • Review and update project audit plans, performing periodic audits and reporting risks and improvements. • Maintain complete documentation for project setup, audits, reviews, and approvals. • Own the internal process and platform, coordinating enhancements and issue resolution with technology teams. • Troubleshoot and resolve end‑user issues on internal platforms, applications, and management reports. • Promote a healthy, productive, and flexible work environment respecting work‑life balance.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a diploma, B.E., or B.Tech. in Civil Engineering, have 2–3 years of relevant experience—preferably in construction base‑build projects—and possess strong technical and communication skills. Knowledge of the MSP tool and a solid understanding of civil structures and finishing works are advantageous. • Hold a diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering with 2–3 years of construction project experience. • Knowledge of MSP tool and strong understanding of civil structures and finishing works. • Excellent verbal and written English communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
