EIC Intern - Sustainability Business Development, Singapore

About the Role

The Sustainability Business Development Intern will support the team in driving growth through sales, marketing, and lead management activities within the sustainability sector, gaining hands‑on exposure to commercial processes and client engagement across various industries. Key duties include preparing pre‑qualification documents for tenders, managing leads in the internal CRM, assisting with sales outreach and vendor follow‑ups, developing marketing materials such as sales decks and case studies, and providing administrative coordination like meeting scheduling and internal reporting. • Prepare pre‑qualification documents for tenders and inquiries. • Register and update leads/opportunities in the CRM system. • Support sales outreach, including vendor and subcontractor follow‑ups and quotation consolidation. • Create sales decks, case studies, and promotional materials for sustainability offerings. • Provide administrative support such as meeting scheduling, data tracking, and internal reporting. • Apply analytical and research skills with proficiency in Excel or PowerPoint.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainable Built Environment, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and possess a strong interest in sustainability, solid analytical and research abilities, proficiency in Excel or PowerPoint, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Pursue a degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainable Built Environment, Engineering, or related field. • Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. • Be proactive, organized, and eager to learn commercial and strategic aspects of sustainability business development.
