About the Role

The Leasing Consultant role focuses on leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations for a property, ensuring timely move‑ins, resident satisfaction and achievement of leasing goals. • Show, lease and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community and sign leases. • Generate new leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours, maintain model units and follow up to close sales. • Complete all leasing paperwork prior to move‑in and assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs and turnover processes. • Track prospect traffic, update leasing data and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, maintain closing ratios and exceed leasing targets. • Perform administrative tasks and address resident complaints, concerns and service requests to ensure satisfaction. • Help develop and execute resident retention programs such as events, promotions and newsletters. • Contribute to upkeep and cleaning of the office, common areas and model units. • Assist in implementing the annual marketing plan and conduct ongoing market surveys and analysis. • Maintain thorough knowledge of property features, competition and market conditions; produce weekly market reports. • Deliver excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround and project a favorable community image. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor.

What You Bring

• Require a high school diploma or equivalent; basic computer skills and ability to use on‑site software. • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is mandatory. • Physical demands include regular movement around the site, climbing ladders or stairs, lifting or moving items up to 25 lb, standing or sitting for extended periods, and occasional work in varied temperatures, outdoor conditions and confined spaces. • Availability to work overtime, weekends, nights for emergencies and to operate equipment such as machinery, power tools, vehicles or golf carts.
