Transportation Civil EIT/Coordinator
Assist in designing and supporting construction of transportation infrastructure projects.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Collaborate with project engineers to design highways, roads, waterfront and aviation infrastructure. • Create alignment and profile designs, geometric layouts, utilities, drainage, and develop plans, specifications, and construction estimates. • Produce engineering calculations and technical reports. • Support construction services by responding to RFIs, reviewing material submittals, and conducting inspections. • Perform independent tasks on small projects and assist senior engineers on larger, more complex projects. • Support development of new and existing transportation clients in Hawaii and the Pacific region.

What You Bring
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and a commitment to actively participating in our employee‑owned culture. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. • Possess (or obtain) EIT certification; non‑EIT hires start as Civil Coordinators and must obtain EIT for advancement. • Have prior experience at an architectural/engineering or consulting firm (preferred but not required). • Be proficient with AutoCAD and Autodesk Civil 3D (preferred but not required).
