About the Role

The role works closely with the VP (IPO & Global Indirect) and partners with the global indirect organization to deliver indirect analytics. It engages business leaders for periodic reviews and performance monitoring, and consolidates data from SCM and Finance systems to generate actionable insights. The position provides inputs and commentary for the Global SCM MIS report, manages the HK matrix in collaboration with leaders, and analyzes spend to develop cost‑out ideas and site‑level targets that support the profit plan. It also oversees cost‑out governance and collaborates with the SCM analytics team to build analytical models, serving as a critical monitor of performance and decision‑making for the global indirect organization. • Partner with businesses for comprehensive profit planning of the indirect organization, work with the VP to set targets and generate ideas, and facilitate profit‑plan reviews. • Provide holistic inputs and forecast guidance for the Global Supply Chain MIS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for senior SCM and business leaders. • Prepare actual and forecast packages and lead business reviews that compare performance against forecasts and the profit plan, highlighting cost‑out versus spend relationships. • Monitor manufacturing performance in the Electrical and Industrial sectors from an indirect productivity perspective, identifying improvement opportunities in MRO and other manufacturing expenses. • Assume responsibility for indirect financial governance by preparing the HK matrix, delivering insights, monitoring KPIs, and driving corrective actions. • Execute comprehensive cost‑out governance by auditing and analyzing the top ten projects critical to achieving target metrics. • Collaborate with the SCM indirect procurement and analytics teams to develop models (Power BI, Excel) that track initiatives such as the hub‑and‑spoke model and Ariba Guided Buying, measuring their success. • Provide analytics tailored to business needs for project reviews, savings calculations, approval status, and related reporting.

What You Bring

The candidate should hold a BE/MBA (Finance) or CMA qualification and have 7‑8 years of experience in financial analytics, data handling, and ERP systems. Proficiency with MS Excel and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is required. Strong cross‑functional communication, influential stakeholder engagement, and a focus on accuracy and deadlines are essential.
