About the Role
Under general supervision, this position provides advanced‑level data assessment, reporting, and recommendations within its area of expertise, and conducts advanced analysis and project management to enhance department workflow, customer service, and work quality. The role manages strategic initiatives and large projects to develop Billing Department processes, prepares reports on data trends for management, resolves internal and external issues, monitors workflow to ensure timely project completion, assists with special and cross‑functional projects, and ensures data accuracy and quality while identifying risks and recommending continuous‑improvement changes. • Manage and support strategic initiatives and large projects for Billing Department process development. • Prepare data summary reports, analyze changes and trends, and present assessments to management. • Resolve internal and external issues, tracking them to resolution in collaboration with other groups. • Monitor overall workflow to ensure timely completion of projects and daily tasks. • Assist with special projects and cross‑functional team initiatives as assigned. • Ensure accuracy and quality of department data and work output by monitoring processes and workflow. • Identify risk areas when new or modified processes are implemented. • Recommend continuous‑improvement changes, updates, and new processes. • Evaluate current training methods and materials, create and improve training resources as needed. • Provide training and support to less‑experienced department members and to internal/external customers.

What You Bring
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (or a high school diploma with four years of relevant experience) and at least five years of relevant work experience. Required skills are advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of project‑management principles, familiarity with Smartsheet or similar tools, and the ability to analyze large data sets, clean data, and extract information from sources such as SQL or Excel/CSV files.
