About the Role

You will serve as the lead structural engineer on a variety of building types, providing technical input, constructability reviews, and ensuring compliance with codes and client standards. Responsibilities include mentoring junior staff, presenting technical solutions to clients, conducting site visits, performing quality‑control reviews, and developing technical proposals with budget and schedule estimates. • Lead structural engineering on diverse building projects, from small to large scale. • Provide technical input and design solutions, ensuring constructability and compliance. • Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge on structural design methodologies. • Present complex technical solutions to clients and conduct construction site visits. • Perform quality control reviews and sign off on engineering deliverables. • Develop technical proposals, including budget estimates and project schedules. • Review permitting agency standards and client design specifications for compliance.

What You Bring

The minimum requirements are a bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, six years of relevant experience, a PE license in Structural Engineering, and U.S. citizenship. Preferred qualifications include recent experience on building and facilities projects, proficiency with ETABS, SAFE, SAP, RAM Elements, RISA, AutoCAD, and Revit, and ten or more years of experience on large, complex building design projects. • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering with at least 6 years of experience. • Possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Structural Engineering and U.S. citizenship. • Demonstrated experience with ETABS, SAFE, SAP, RAM Elements, RISA, AutoCAD, and Revit. • Preferably have 10+ years experience on large, complex building design projects.
