What You Bring
The company is seeking an Early Career Environmental Scientist to join its Morristown, NJ office. This position supports environmental data collection and analysis for a range of projects, contributing to water, air, and land stewardship initiatives. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in environmental science, ecology, natural‑resource management, or a related field, and have up to one year of relevant experience. They should possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, be familiar with environmental regulations, and demonstrate self‑leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Natural Resource Management, or a related field. • Have 0–1 year of relevant post‑education experience and strong analytical skills. • Be familiar with environmental laws, regulations, and compliance documentation. • Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication abilities for scientific and non‑scientific audiences. • Show self‑leadership, attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization in a dynamic environment. • Possess basic proficiency with business writing, office automation, and communication software. • Commit to workplace safety and ability to work schedules beyond the typical workweek, with occasional travel.
