What You Bring
We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Engineer to join our Civil & Pavement Rehabilitation team. This role is ideally suited to a recent graduate or early‑career engineer looking to gain hands‑on experience and build a career within the road construction industry. The position is based at our Dandenong depot, with regular travel to regional locations to support project delivery. The successful candidate will bring a proactive mindset, strong technical foundations, and an eagerness to learn. They should possess a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, and have exposure to civil road construction, stabilisation or surfacing. The role requires the ability to work away from home when needed, strong planning and time‑management skills, and the capability to identify improvement opportunities and build effective stakeholder relationships. • Hold a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related field • Experience with civil road construction, stabilisation or surfacing (preferred) • Ability to work away from home in regional locations as required • Strong planning, organising and time‑management abilities • Exhibit enthusiasm and drive to contribute within a high‑performing team
