About the Role
Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs, recommending solutions, and selling packing and moving supplies. They perform daily unit inspections to verify inventory and availability, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and manage payment reminders and collection calls. Physical duties include lifting or moving items up to 35 lb, walking around facilities up to 50 % of the time, climbing stairs, opening large doors, and performing cleaning and maintenance of interior areas and exterior grounds. • Assess customers’ storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing/moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections, maintain inventory, and ensure spaces are ready to rent. • Audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collections. • Lift/move items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50 % of time walking/working outdoors, including stairs and large doors. • Perform cleaning and routine maintenance of interiors and exterior grounds.
